Process Offerings
1. Take one issue and work out 5 Why + Root Cause Analysis.
2. Physically on site for up to 3 days for team member shadowing and process walk through.
3. 15 day check-in: 30 minute call for process follow-up and questions.
4. 30 day check-in: 30 minute call for process follow-up and any questions.
Leadership Offerings
1. Four hours of shadowing + observation of leadership style.
2. Evaluation: communication, strengths + opportunities for growth.
3. Create a personal growth and development plan.
4. 15 day check-in for accountability. Feedback loop on actions + support needed/requested from leadership team
1. Three days with a MAX 10 people.
2. Personal Development: self-talk, limiting beliefs, wounding, projection/mirroring, effective listening + communication, vulnerability.
3. Situational interactive role playing - cycles and patterns.
4. Life work with daily evening exercises.
